STAMPED CONCRETE PATIO & LANDSCAPING: this project is located in Washington Iowa. This was a fun project to install. Such a night and day difference, see pictures attached.

It was a pleasure to work alongside Schwartz Builders on this project. They hired our Company to install the patio and landscaping. They constructed the roof over the patio and did quite a bit of work on the house itself.

TOP SOIL & GRASS SEED: this was a great project that happened in the Spring of this year, 2026. Read the descriptions below each picture. The pictures are a series of before, during, and after photos.

We were hired by the Dutch Country Table to fill in areas around their new restaurant with rich top soil, grade it, & spread grass seed. It rained about every week after that and never needed to manually water it which is not normal. It's growing great!

We are very pleased with how it turned out, and it was great serving Marlin and Jonathan at the Dutch Country Table during this project.

Shout out to E6 Enterprises for assisting with some concrete work and to K&K Excavating for sourcing and delivering the rich black top soil!

STAMPED CONCRETE & HARDSCAPING: this has been a great project. See the descriptions below each picture for more details, but this has been a work in progress for several years.

Last Fall of 2025, we poured the stamped concrete pad for the new Pavilion that is now constructed.

This step can be crucial for one who is looking to put a good investment into their outdoor living space, but need that good sense of the overall picture of their space before the first shovel touches the soil.
