Concrete floor was 3 inches high in the center. Built a raised floor and installed new subloor. Re- plumbed the water heater and sink. Installed new flooring and turned the door around. Thanks Sydney!

Blown out block wall. We had to excavate the area in front of the wall. Support and lift the camp. Remove the old wall and replace. Installed a new french drain, backfilled and tried to leave a nice finished top coat but the weather was not cooperating. I will be going back to back drag and seed. Thanks Ben Markell for the amazing block work. Thanks you Ron for the work!

A little driveway work. 450 feet of camp driveway that hasnt been touched in 60 plus years. Scraped and cut down to the original base then built up. Ditches cleaned and cut. Trees removed. No more water laying and everything drains. Thanks Ron.

Uneven floors make it hard to lay tradition hardwood flooring. This was a complete subloor and floor joist removal. Lifted the home and supported. Installed new joists and subfloor. A support beam down the center and decked with advantech. 2 layers of 6mil plastic covering the soil in the crawl space. The floor will outlast the house! Thanks George! It was a pleasure.

Master bedroom and hallway reno that turned into a little more. We ended up having to sister the ceiling joists and floor joists and put new subfloor down. No more bounce, nice flat floors, and ceilings. Sliding door was removed and Walled in and a closet built with custom barn door sliders built. Nrw built in shelf with cabinet. New everything in the master and hallway including new doors throughout and an attic access created with a nice aluminum pull down. Thanks Dawn and Cindy!
