This may end up being one of my favorite rental kitchens yet...painted cabinets that were headed for the landfill, added hardware and of course fantastic countertops made by Darryl. One of my favorite backsplash tiles ever!! I will post pictures when it is done.

New build rental property almost done...my favorite jobs. Worked on the kitchen today, added hardware, backsplash and some shelves. Built the countertops yesterday and they turned out really nice!

Jandar has been busy catching up on our rental projects and now are finally focusing on our new build rental property. Finished the trim, caulked and painted the inside. Installed gutters, exhaust fan for the stove, and lots of misc. projects...but most of all we now have a 🚽!!!

Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel!!

Haven't even started our project in Wellsville...baby steps!

Siding on the house is done!!! Love when the finishes start to come together... Darryl said it's time to buy cabinets and put in the flooring! Very excited! Drywall also done and primed.
