Poseidon Hydro Excavation is currently searching for an experienced, energetic, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team. The hydrovac operator shall be able to safely operate in a timely manner to hydrovac and utilize other possible machines to excavate, load, or dig ground to locate and properly mark daylighted utilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- (2) years experience in the hydro excavation industry.
- A clean & valid CDL with tanker endorsement.
- Obtain/have Hydrovac Operator Qualifications certifications under the Energy WorldNet platform.
- Have the ability to work and service the night shift for occasional emergency call rotation.
- Properly have the ability & knowledge to record daily logs of work performed.
- Communicate effectively, professionally and demonstrate a strong customer service focus in all interactions.
- Required have the ability to travel for work when needed. This can include but is not limited to lengthy job projects that would require the operator to stay on location & reside in a nearby hotel until job completion.
- Required to have or be able to attain membership into the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 139 upon employment
- Be able to relocate or live within a 55-mile radius of our dispatch location in West Bend, WI.
POSEIDON WOULD LIKE THE CANDIDATE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Hard-work ethic with the willingness & the drive for success
- High School diploma/GED and above in education
Candidates will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening, which includes criminal background check, drug test, physical (DOT & Non- DOT), and must meet all physical demands of the job. Additional steps may be required for employment consideration.

- MUST have (2) years experience in the hydro excavation industry.
- MUST have a clean & valid CDL with tanker endorsement.
- MUST be able to pass a random drug test.
- MUST have or be able to obtain REQUIRED certifications for Hydro Excavation. The certifications in question are through the Energy WorldNet platform.
- Have the ability to work and service the night shift for occasional emergency call rotation.
- MUST have the ability & knowledge to record daily logs of work performed.
- MUST have high-quality communication skills
- MUST have the ability to travel for work when needed. This can include but is not limited to lengthy job projects that would require the operator to stay on location & reside in a nearby hotel until job completion.
- MUST have or be able to attain membership into the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 139 upon employment
- MUST live within a 55-mile radius of our dispatch location in West Bend, WI

Ther are some amazing hurdles that come with starting a business and I can tell all you, after 5 years we are still fighting for everything we get!!!!
I can't thank our entire crew enough for their dedication and hard work we are FAMILY & I can't thank them enough!!! I love you all as brothers and as always WE WILL DOMINATE!!!!

Poseidon Hydro Excavation has come along way. From our humble beginnings from a single truck operation until now when we are extremely proud to announce truck number 5!!
