I'm looking to schedule some more small "handyman" jobs over the next few months, nothing is too small!

I have picked up a lot of big jobs over the last few months (that i am very grateful for) and it's definitely been quite the learning curve. Trying to estimate time frames, costs, and getting everything done on schedule has been difficult but I'm getting better at it. It would be easy to just get something done as fast as possible and move on. But that's not who I am nor how I want to run my business.

If assuring a properly done job takes longer and I lose a little bit of money, I'm okay with that.

Finished up a few jobs. Currently scheduling for mid October. Can work in small handyman jobs (1-8 hours) to my schedule within 2 days notice. Anything from electrical work, drywall repair, small roof repair, demolition work, junk/trash haul off, welding, brush and small tree removal, dirt work, and pretty much anything you might need done.

Just a heads up, I will no longer be providing free estimates ( previous customers get 50% discount on estimates) as creating detailed, accurate quotes often requires much more work than it seems. It can take between 1-3 hours of work between driving to the job, taking measurments, discussing plan of action, drawing out plans, and then checking prices from various retailers to find you the best deals. I am implementing this policy to ensure that all clients are committed to the proposed project and to maintain the quality of my services. Below you will find the total job cost and the corresponding estimate cost.
($0-1,000) $50 ($1,000- 3,000) $75 ($3,000+) $100+

Been alot of work recently, all glory to God. Got married a month ago and started renovating a house to move into 1 month before that. Its been hard to stay on track and finish projects in a timely manner. I apologize for my lack of communication and time management skills these last few weeks.

I have been doing some big jobs as of recently but I am still offering "handyman" type services, no job too small... $100 for any job 1 hour or less. (Materials excluded, price subject to change based on job complexity)

Hey everyone, just wanted to share that I'm working really hard to get caught up and get to everyone's projects. I am on week 5 of a job so I haven't had time to bounce around to the smaller jobs. I'll be moving on to the smaller things shortly.

I'm getting married in 8 weeks and have to practically completely remodel my house by then 😮‍💨 A little patience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Redoing wood deck with trex hidden fastener system. Only done trex a few times. Its nothing fancy but im proud of how these stairs are turning out. Still have to finish screwing down the steps so they should should straighten up neatly.

Replacing deck. Will have about 25 sections of this railing and about 1k square foot of decent decking. Anyone want ? Or I can build you a deck using this used material for about half the cost of buying new material. Going to dump if unwanted.
