We have been milling and prefinishing reclaimed ceiling paneling this week. This matte sheen OSMO oil really brings out the natural color of the White Oak.

This batch is mixed width, with lengths through 12ft. We prefinish flooring on the same custom machine.

We wrapped up the wood portion on this Virtue Spiral Table. 66" in diameter and made with some amazing Reclaimed White Oak! Now we just need to weld up the spiral base.

really put in the time sanding and finishing on this one!

Finish is EM8000cv in satin sprayed over a garnet shellac base coat.

Another spiral table in the making! We are making a batch of a few this time.

This table is made with reclaimed white oak with some amazing character. We use bright colored plastic levels as winding sticks to get the boards flat before gluing and surfacing on our CNC router.

After an initial flood coat of we have a lot of sanding to do!

The last picture is a rendering showing how it will look once completed.

Check out this deep charred Ash! The burning process really brings an amazing look to this already amazing wood. This will become a fireplace focal point and kitchen island wrap. 🔥

We recently completed this steel and Ash spiral table for our awesome customers .

It was a challenge to get all the angled cuts just right, everything really has to be precise for this design to work!

We delivered this huge 12ft slab table recently to the new Campus House building. We were fortunate to have the Campus House staff help us horse this ~500lb table up to the 3rd (!) floor. Thanks a bunch to the
team!

For the wood people: Spalted rock maple top 2.5" thick. Ash base. EM9300 series polycarbonate, satin sheen. Black base is black tinted EM9300.
