We’re excited to share the completed Guest Suite and Laundry Room at our House of Patterson project! Every detail was a labour of love — from the custom millwork to the intricate tile installation and flawless wall finishes. The craftsmanship in this space is truly exceptional.

Our client envisioned a timeless yet dynamic color palette inspired by vintage bathrooms, and bringing that vision to life together was such a rewarding process!

Space planning is one of our favorite parts of the job!

For our RIVER ROCK Project, we reimagined an early 2000s floor plan to better fit modern-day living. By moving the range to the opposite wall and adding an elevated peninsula, we created larger work zones and a more contemporary dine-in kitchen experience.

One of our FAVORITE parts of the design process is finding inspiration to create a concept and mood board for a new project. Establishing a strong design direction early keep the design grounded and intentional, serving as a guide to every decision that follows - from materials and finishes, to plumbing and lighting fixtures. ​

For this project we felt so inspired that we developed two distinct design
directions to reflect our client's aesthetic: Concept A makes bold statements with color and pattern, while Concept B leans more timeless and refined with a classic palette.​

In the Primary Bath of our HARMONY HILLS project, we made the most of a narrow layout by choosing a trough sink and wall-mounted faucets. The elongated basin comfortably accommodates two users while still preserving generous counter space on both sides—perfect for a his-and-hers setup. The wall-mounted faucets add a clean, modern edge that pairs effortlessly with the bathroom's traditional interior. And the best part? With fewer seams and crevices around the sink, it’s a incredibly easy to keep clean—no grime traps here! 🙌
