Shed pad for a commercial property in Lathrup Village we set up today.

Many pads like this with accessory structures being built on them require a 24” deep “rat wall” around the perimeter of the pad.

The rat wall not only provides additional support to the slab and structure, but also prevents critters from burrowing under the slab.

Love how this one turned out!

We installed 3 drain pipes attached to the gutters on this project to prevent water from weathering the surface over time.

These drain pipes are ran under the newly installed concrete slabs, to a lower elevation with a pop-up attachment at the end to disperse the rain water from the roof.

Some more before and after pictures of a job we poured today!

Lately, we have been using an upgraded mix design to improve the strength of our product and combat issues with spalling or surface pops and imperfections.

We included that in this project at no extra cost to the customer along with the standard Cure & Seal application immediately after applying the brush finish.

This time of a small decorative stamped walk.

This is a Wheat Light integral colored concrete, with a Desert Tan antique release powder and a Large Ashlar cut slate stamp pattern. Finally sealed with a high gloss acrylic sealer and a sure-grip additive to give the slick sealer some traction.

Turned out absolutely perfecto!!!🤌🏽🤌🏽
