After & Before:

Emergency gas line repair - tenant noted there was strong gas smell. Xcel came out and tested the area - noted there was gas leaking into the basement.
We showed up same day and were able address the problem and restore service to property.
Having the ability to use approved MegaPress tools & fittings allow us to only need to cut out sections of gas piping. It saves us time & work and allows for service to continue.
Should our client want to repipe or do a full replacement - they are now in a position to think and decide versus make decisions under stress.

Main stack replacement with new clean out installed.

One of our local realtors needed help this plumbing fixed prior to closing. The handyman came in and tried to make the proper repairs but ultimately walked.

Water line had a pin hole leak. It shot water into the drain system.

The drain system pipe eventually wore away.

Filling the basement up with the rocks!

We had a directional bore from JACON (Vadnais Heights,MN) and ran a new water line. We broke up the concrete and replaced all the ABS piping with new PVC.

This was a head scratched for some of the other plumbers that came out. Glad we were able to properly identify and address the issue.

Washer box install!

Client wanted new Washer/Dryer and the appliance company could not install the washer until the valves were in proper function.

Tore out the old washer box and installed a new quarter turn shut off valves and 2" drain.

Finalized all the connections to Finish the job!

I love Finishing jobs. In our terms, that is the final install.

Took the time to find black p-trap, install ABS and black drains so everything could match.

Client also requested to have quarter turn valves making it easier and simple for her to turn on/off the water for her boiler drains.

This project was fun! We ran PEX A throughout the house and when brought into the mechanical room, we transitioned to copper.

These manifolds can be labeled, equally spaced and all the drain valves, stop & wastes are located in one area. It's a nice clean look that we love.
