You may recognize the deck from last year's post, we are back and replacing the siding.
This was an amazing transformation! Removed the outdated siding and unnecessary wall penetrations, added tyvek and taped all the seams, replaced 3 windows and redid a previous, poorly installed windows. Installed brand new Charcoal colored siding with accents of white throughout the project.

Emergency repair of a collapsed storm drain. Cleaned it up and poured concrete around a 24" corrugated pipe. Should easily be able to withstand up to 40,000lbs once the concrete is cured.

Last lot is done, for now. Definitely many more in the future that will need to be done. Repaired the broken sewer pipe....

Last lot is done, for now. Definitely many more in the future that will need to be done. Repaired the broken sewer pipe. Removed/cut out any broken bits, doweled in and poured 6" thick with stealth fiber. Cleaned up and made sure the lot is ready for a new home.

Bathroom face-lift part 2: custom shower and closet. Installed the tile, river rock and used an urethane grout. Repainted the bathroom a beautiful warm milk color, installed LVL flooring. Customer will do the trim, install bathroom mirror, and reinstall vanity.
