🏡 BIG PROGRESS in White Pine!
The Trinity Peak Construction crew has been hard at work rebuilding this garage and upper deck after a massive rotted tree fell and went completely through the structure. We are tackling this complex restoration to make the home safer and stronger. The transformation is officially underway and moving fast!
Here is what we have knocked out so far on this heavy-duty rebuild:
🪓 Full Demolition & Site Prep: Safely stripped out the destroyed deck, rotted roof layers, and damaged wood garage framing.
🧱 Reinforced Masonry: Saw-cut the old concrete slab, dug structural footers, and laid down strong new core-filled concrete block (CMU) walls.
🏗️ Architectural Steel Fabrication: Anchored custom heavy-duty steel embed plates into the block walls. We set up custom rigging with our chain-hoist A-frames to safely hoist and weld engineered structural steel headers and 4" I-beams into place under the house. This maximizes garage clearance height and ensures bulletproof support!
🏠 Watertight Roofing: Successfully locked down and secured the new 29-gauge structural SM Rib metal roof panels, getting the garage fully dried-in and protected from the elements.
👉 What’s Next? With the metal roofing phase officially checked off, the crew is moving fast on framing out the brand-new pressure-treated upper deck right over it. Huge shoutout to Scott for trusting our team with this major rescue project! Completion pictures coming up soon! 📸✨
