This wasn’t just another demolition job.
This customer needed this old structure torn down so their home appraisal could go through with the bank. They’re trying to get into their first home, with a baby on the way, and they had already spent everything they had getting to this point. It was one of those situations where it felt like the whole deal might fall apart unless this building came down — and fast.
So we stepped in and got it handled.
