Suzuki Motors project, we successfully completed a tenant improvement to expand the existing oil room by constructing non-load-bearing partitions, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

The project involved relocating an existing manned door, installing a new automatic roll-down door, and adding an additional manned door to enhance functionality. While no electrical or mechanical work was required, we updated the path of travel to the building entry to meet accessibility standards, with plans to upgrade restrooms for accessibility in a later phase.

This project was a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality results on time, showcasing our expertise and dedication to meeting client needs efficiently. 🤝👍👌

Client only wanted to replace the white VCT tile. We typically do not recommend because the new tile may not level to the existing. Our flooring team did a fantastic job. Nice clean finish! Check out the before and after!
