I’ve been incredibly fortunate that Wichita has trusted me with its homes over the last six years, and I don’t take that for granted.

I’m not a big corporation or a national home buying company. It’s just me, a local guy who grew up here, built a business here, and genuinely cares about this community. Every project I take on is personal because these aren’t just houses to me, they’re part of the city I call home.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on homes in just about every neighborhood in Wichita. Right now, I have a house under contract to renovate after the owners realized the project had become more than they wanted to take on. Being able to help them move forward while giving that home a second life is exactly why I love what I do.

We all have that room in the house.

The one you avoid looking at. The one you’ve promised yourself you’ll remodel “someday.”

For a lot of homeowners, it’s the bathroom.

This one was outdated, worn out, and had definitely seen better days. Instead of simply replacing what was there, we gave it a complete transformation while keeping the same footprint.

My goal with every remodel is simple: take the bathroom you hate most in your house and turn it into your favorite room.

There’s something satisfying about walking into a space that’s clean, functional, and built to last and knowing you don’t have to think about it again for years to come.

This bathroom floor looked fine from the outside but the homeowner noticed a soft spot in the LVP.

A quick inspection showed a hidden shower leak had been allowing moisture to get underneath the flooring. By the time it was discovered, mold had spread across nearly 20 square feet beneath the surface.

Bathrooms take a lot of abuse from constant moisture, temperature changes, and daily use. Small issues like cracked caulk, failing grout lines, or minor leaks can turn into major repairs when water gets trapped where you can’t see it.

Preventative maintenance matters:
• Inspect shower corners and caulk lines regularly
• Watch for soft spots or movement in flooring
• Address leaks quickly, even small ones
• Don’t ignore musty smells or moisture that doesn’t seem normal

A little maintenance today can prevent a much bigger repair tomorrow.
