🚨 Friendly PSA from your local HVAC guy 🚨

When your plumber, electrician, or HVAC technician is working in your home, the best way to help is... to let them work. 😅

A few things that really help us:

- Please don't adjust the thermostat unless we ask you to.
- Please don't turn equipment on or off while we're diagnosing it.
- Please don't move tools or parts.
- Please don't "help" by trying different settings while we're working.

There are times when we intentionally leave a system running, shut it off, or set the thermostat a certain way as part of the diagnostic process. Changing those settings can undo what we're trying to accomplish and can add hours to the repair.

We know you're anxious to get your heating or air conditioning back, and we are too. The fastest way to get you comfortable again is to let us handle the process from start to finish.
