We are excited to share with our great partners, our latest project for Social Tap and bringing their third location to Andover, KS! We have an awesome team working together to bring this project to life! So get ready for some awesome beer, pizza, burgers and good times!

Check out this new project RISE General Contracting, LLC took on this summer for Jodi and Cyle Barnwell!

When they moved into their new home they knew they wanted a pool and outdoor entertainment space and we delivered for them and their family!

- 18' x 40' salt water pool
- All new concrete
- Outdoor kitchen and island
- 17' wide x 13' tall steel shade structure with stained cedar siding and ceiling, with a standing seam black metal roof and infrared heaters
- All new stone landscaping and rock

RISE General Contracting is thrilled to celebrate their 1 Year Anniversary today! The past year has been amazing, and the team is excited for what's ahead in 2024. This milestone would not have been possible without our valued clients who trusted us with their projects. We also want to thank our subcontractors and vendors who have been essential partners in bringing our clients' visions to life. Our friends and mentors have been instrumental in providing support and new ideas, and we are grateful for their constant encouragement. Above all, I want to thank my family for believing in me and providing the love and support to keep me going. With new projects and team members on the horizon, RISE General Contracting is looking forward to an awesome 2024!

Check out these sweet Social Tap and Nortons Brewing Company branded boards shredding on the rails!

Social Tap wanted to liven up the hallway in their North Greenwich location and called RISE General Contracting, LLC to help with the project. The client had a vision and I love how the finished install came together!

RISE General Contracting is excited to share we have completed the remodel for the second Social Tap location here in Wichita, located at 2244 N Greenwich suite 100!

This was a quick turn and we are excited with how it came together and what the remodeled space looks like!

Thank you to the Social Tap team for reaching out to RISE and allowing us to partner with them on this project!

The location is celebrating their grand opening today and an exciting new partnership with Norton Brewing. Get over there today to support a fantastic and growing local brand!

RISE General Contracting, LLC is excited to announce a new project with Social Tap here in Wichita, as we create a second location for their brand located at 2244 North Greenwich road!

Demo started last week and we are going to be moving pretty quick on this project as we transform this space into a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink and great food with your friends and family!

The Continental Inn is now The Continental!

RISE General Contracting, LLC has enjoyed working with our client Petra Investment Partners / Grow With Petra on this property remodel. Converting The Continental from a motel into Studio Apartments was an awesome opportunity and the property turned out great. Check out the before and after photos to see our conversion to the property.

The client is working on leasing out units now and have their first tenants scheduled to move in later this week.

We are looking to add a construction Superintendent to join the team, with a background in commercial construction experienced with tenant infills, remodels and new build construction. The Continental Inn project in Garden City is starting to come together! We received our cabinet package for all 54 rooms, which came in a total of 312 individual boxes. I want to give a shout out to Luke Cranston and Flatlands Quality Woodworks for handling the order and also pulling in some really great assistance from the Holcomb highschool football team, to help us unload the semi trailer and getting cabinets to the right rooms. It would have been a very long day of moving all of these cabinets without their assistance!
