This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

From all of us at Dondlinger Construction, we extend our deepest gratitude to those who served and to the families who carry their legacy forward. Today, we remember and reflect.

Jeff Cox and his wife, Sally, were recently recognized for their outstanding involvement and dedication to their community- receiving the Quality Citizens honor from the Belle Plaine Community Foundation. This recognition highlights not only their commitment to Belle Plain, but also the spirit of service and leadership our employees bring to the communities they call home. We are proud to celebrate Jeff and Sally for the positive impact they continue to make beyond the workplace!

This year, during our Annual Safety Day event, we were proud to partner with Simply Hygiene as our featured nonprofit organization for a meaningful employee donation initiative. 🧼 💙

Our “Fill-A-Bucket” event was inspired by Simply Hygiene’s mission to provide essential hygiene products that promote health and hope within our communities. We are grateful for the opportunity to support an organization making such a positive impact and proud of our employees for their generous participation.

Each year, our employees enjoy volunteer days with Simply Hygiene- and this is just one more way we can help them toward their goal of filling orders!
