After 42 years of homebuilding in the Wichita area, Steve and Vera Robl are planning to transition into their well-deserved retirement in January 2021. Robl Construction, Inc. has expanded and grown to the point that it is now considered one of Wichita’s top residential construction companies. From the time the company was established, Robl Construction has focused on creating state of the art homes that have great value in a variety of price ranges. That focus has allowed Robl Construction to enhance the profile of the home building industry throughout the community.
During this transition period, Robl Construction will continue to provide the same premium level of service to its current clients that are in the midst of a building process as well as honor the warranty commitments attached to those projects. Robl Construction will continue to accept new home projects through December 31, 2019.
Through this change in season for Steve and Vera, an exciting new venture has blossomed for their son Andy Robl, who has served as the President of Robl Construction for the past 3 years. For decades, Andy has experienced first hand the reliability and standard of excellence that Robl Construction has built their reputation upon. Andy is taking the torch and creating his own new company which will be named Robl Building Company. As many of you know, the market, trends, and buyer expectations are always shifting. Maneuverability is paramount to stay ahead of the game and excel in those categories. The entire premise of this exciting new business Andy has created is to do just that...to be able to navigate the ever-changing conditions within our industry seamlessly and quickly.
Steve and Vera wish to thank all of the clients they have worked with over the years as well as all of the trade partners that have helped make Robl Construction one of the most prestigious home building companies in Wichita.
