Another awesome turn out to a complete basement overhaul we finished up at the end of last year! This basement had damage from a leak around 20 years ago and decided to finally get it fixed! From trying to build on some things from old basement to completely building out a new bathroom, desk area, bar area! This project was a blast to do and clients already have us booked for their next projects when they get back from Hawaii for the winter! Some of the best clients we’ve worked for and can’t wait for the next go round! Let us know what you think !!

We’ve had a bunch of remodels going on this past few month along with all of our new construction. Here’s another master we did that was a total gut. From a new whirlpool bath tub and shower to a brand new custom built vanity. This bathroom gained space and absolutely pops now ! Let us know what you guys think !! We have a basement we just wrapped up so be on the lookout !!

Another fun job in the books! This was a complete change to the space. From moving plumbing and electrical to scraping the ceiling and painting. This was a repeat customer that enjoyed working with us the first time they wanted to let us bring their dream kitchen to life ! Another house that got the full get up ! Flooring, tile, and carpet. Absolutely love how this shower turned out ! This house whole house turned out awesome and we know this client is going to love their new house !

Another one of our bigger projects we’ve been working on! This was a completely empty basement we helped design, layout, then fully finish from framing all the way down to the cabinet pulls! With the help of our very talented subs we thought this basement turned out amazing and definitely is the new hangout spot for this family ! Let us know what you think !!

We were able to move some things around and help get another home in the parade for Relph Construction this past week! We hit all the flooring and tile in this one and with custom touches throughout it made the home awesome to work on. We’ve never put tile on a range hood before but thought it really set off the kitchen ! Let us know what you think ! This home located in the beautiful Talia Development so make sure to check it out these next few weekends !

Here is one the bigger jobs we have had going on! This house turned out absolutely beautiful and we were super lucky to be able to hit all the hardwood and tile in this monster ! So many added details in this house, we were able to help add some design factor to this home as well ! Don’t be afraid to ask your contractors their opinion, especially us addicted to this industry. Let us know what you think of this home as we absolutely love how it turned out!

We have been awful at keeping you guys up to date on what we’ve been doing but here is one of the bigger projects we’ve tackled over the last few months. Perfection Builders built a killer rental neighborhood which we were able to hit the floors in all 70+ units! We think it turned out amazing and should be one of the premier rental communities in Wichita! Have some amazing tile work to show you guys in a few million dollar homes along with a bunch more work we’ve been stock piling for you guys! So stay tuned!!

Here’s another contractor that has been keeping us busy ! Perfection Builders has low maintenance communities like this all over Wichita and the surrounding areas. As you can tell they build BEAUTIFUL homes and we are happy to play our part in them! We’ve done just about all flooring and tile in this community and have a few more communities to show you guys in the future. Young or Old definitely need to check them out, it’s hard to beat low maintenance living !

Here’s another custom house out in Park City that we hit all the tile in! Definitely turned out to be a clean look once completed ! We have a big project we just finished up that we can’t wait to show you so stay tuned !!
