Compressor was out on this 4.5 year old unit.
Poor imstallation practices.
Daikin locally could not source a new compressor. Told us, "not available."
Derek Bowers made multiple phone calls to Kansas dealers and located a whole unit, under warranty versus a Compressor ONLY.
This testimony proves our commitment to excellence within our community.
I had Kansas City branch do the warranty, and send it to the local Daikin store for pick up.
We do not give up on our clients!
