Thinking of heading north soon, neighbors? As the season shifts, we know many of our snowbird friends are starting to plan their "pre-flight" checklists.
Closing up a home for the summer takes more than just locking the front door. To help make your transition smoother, here’s a quick list of things to handle before you hit the road:
✅ Thermostat: Set your AC to a "vacation" temperature (usually around 85°F) to protect your home and save on energy.
✅ Water Security: Shut off the main water supply and drain the lines to prevent any unexpected leaks while you’re away.
✅ Pantry Check: Clear out perishables and make sure everything is sealed tight.
✅ Final Maintenance: Check air filters, smoke detector batteries, and irrigation timers.
If your "honey-do" list is still a bit long, or if you’d like a professional set of eyes to do a final walkthrough, give us a call. We’re right here in the neighborhood to help. Whether it’s finishing a repair or managing a larger project while you’re gone, we have you covered.
Safe travels! Feel free to message or call us at 928-500-8604. One call takes care of it all.
