Wrapping up this small addition project! We added a new living space and full bathroom designed with the future in mind. The homeowners wanted a first-floor room that can eventually be converted into a master bedroom, allowing them to avoid stairs as they get older. For now, it serves as a comfortable living room and an additional bathroom for guests and everyday use.

Final walk through on a recent bathroom renovation! The original master bathroom had an odd layout with a linen closet that was larger than the shower stall🤔 so we switched the shower stall location and enlarged it, still leaving a very big linen closet for extra storage! We also installed a custom vanity and custom mirrors to match all the black fixtures! ♠️♠️
