I’ll be posting some pretty cool before and afters from this fall and that will do it for the year. I truly appreciate all my customers and the passion they share for their turf. We like to build a healthy turf from the Soil up by changing the soil structure and amending one lawn at a time!

Final job for 2026!
We did a little bit of juggling with the schedule, but at the end of the day, Colin did an excellent job communicating with me as he was getting work done by another contractor prior to my scope of work. He also did an excellent job preparing the lawn. I’m really excited to see how this one turns out and I appreciate the excellent communication from the customer through the process.

TOUCH UP ANNOUNCEMENT:

It’s been another fantastic fall season and I’m certainly blessed to have some of the best customers. Today will mark my final job of the year as I will begin touchups on Monday next week and complete all touchups by Thursday. I’ll be sending out notices over the weekend for your scheduled touchup for next week. Please continue to irrigate regularly until we get some significant rainfall.

I appreciate everyone’s patience through the process.

Beautiful weather for tall fescue re-establishment, while incorporating soil amendments. Amending your soil annually is crucial for a healthy lawn!
It’s a GAME CHANGER!!!

New Customer with a Beautiful Custom home in Fuquay Varina down towards the Cape Fear River. I love how they didn’t clear cut everything on this new construction, but with that being said, the backyard has entirely too much shade to sustain the warm season Bermuda turf, which was installed prior to closing. Bermuda turf requires 8 hours of direct sunlight!

We will be transitioning this turf over to tall Fescue and I’ll be excited to see the results from this year. Typically the transition takes 2–3 years.
This is a budget friendly way to transition your turf, but also requires some patience.
