🚨🚨 *** WE DO WINDOWS *** 🚨🚨
Today we started a 25 window full house replacement window job in Hockessin, DE. We’re installing Provia Endure triple-pane EnergyStar windows. They come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY and have ridiculously good energy efficiency ratings!!

Windows are another project where the pricing 💰💰has gotten insane! This customer had a quote from one competitor for $62,000 more than we’re doing the job for. Not $62,000 total but $62,000 more than us, AND THAT WAS FOR A DOUBLE-PANE WINDOW. So $62,000 more for a product that’s less energy efficient!

How can that be? Our material costs are similar, our labor costs are relatively the same, so where’s the difference? Yes, we’re a smaller company with low overhead but that doesn’t account for $62,000. The truth is, a lot of these companies are charging these prices because they can. They come to your house and do a gaudy presentation with all these “samples” and smoke and mirrors, they get your emotions up and then they high pressure close you and try to get you to sign on the spot. It’s all performance to get people to overpay.

At Resolute Roofing and Remodeling we don’t do any of that. We don’t need sales tricks to earn your business. We just deliver great work, with quality materials, at an affordable price! That’s what works for us.

I haven’t been posting much lately but we’ve been super busy at Resolute Roofing and Remodeling so I at least wanted to get this beautiful bathroom remodel that we recently finished in Glenn Mills, PA out to you guys.

This customer had a walk in shower and no usable tubs in their home, they’re getting older and just wanted to be able to take the occasional bath but the prices they were getting were INSANE! Fortunately they gave us a call and we were able to help them get everything they were looking for at a price that was actually affordable. Now we’re going to be doing a sliding glass door for them.

We obviously specialize in roofing, windows, and siding at Resolute, but we can do just about anything. If you have a remodeling project that you’ve been putting off because you’re worried about the price or because you’ve gotten insanely high quotes in the past then give us a call. Beautiful roof replacement completed in Newark. This is Owens Corning Duration line shingle and the color is Teak. One of my favorite shingle colors on the market. Owens Corning does a great job with blending their colors and the shadow line on them really makes them pop when you see it from the street.
