A customer had major issues with water running off another property into their home, flooding their garage each time it rained hard. After speaking with the other property owner, everyone agreed to put a diversion ditch behind their property. We had to cut a path in a small wooded area to do so. We hauled off downed trees and installed a small driveway for ATV access. Once the drainage ditch reached their backyard, we made it into a swale for easy maintenance. This repeat customer requested our expertise to complete their property's landscaping and redesign their pathway, enabling them to move into their newly constructed home. The project involved over 500 tons of rock and 400 tons of topsoil, extensive grading, ditching, and clearing for optimal drainage.
