We include Independent contracted professional delivery service and set up, we include the first 50 miles from our location in Wi******er, TN. Buyer is responsible for the additional mileage fees. The delivery service can deliver to surrounding states of Tennessee.(our delivery service has traveled as far as Florida.) Further delivery details below in miscellaneous.
We provide a Contract thru DocuSign.
-Payments are handled thru Wire Transfers with Bank Institutions.
-Initial Deposit due at signing of Contract is half payment.
-Remaining half payment at completion of the Tiny Home, When Final Walk-Thru is completed with us.
-We do not offer financing, nor do we offer payment plans.
Home Specifics:
Electrical
- 100 amp service panel is provided
- Currently 30 amp (110v) temporary power is connected to unit (range and dryer will require 220v to be operational)
- 30amp power chord is not included
- Buyer is responsible for connection to Buyers existing power
- Buyer to use contractor of their choosing when installing power
Plumbing
-All plumbing is stubbed underneath home, buyer is responsible for hook up of their provided utilities.
- Temporary water is hooked up to unit and will be removed at time of sale
- Water supply line is 3/4” pex with a female standard garden hose fitting
-Buyer is responsible for connection of waste lines to waste water disposal system of their choosing
- Tankless gas water heater operates on LP gas
- LP tank is not included and is the responsibility of buyer
-Final gas connection to LP tank is the Buyers responsibility.
Miscellaneous
- Buyer is responsible for adhering to any codes related items regarding unit.
-Delivery and set up of unit is included up to 50 miles of purchase location
- Up to 2 courses of concrete pier blocks are included ( any additional blocks required by grade are the responsibility of the buyer )
- Unit’s sub floor is insulated and has v***r barrier installed
- It is recommended that some form of “underpinning “ be installed after unit is placed to prevent weather conditions affecting the plumbing lines (not included)
- it is recommended that some form of tiedown to be placed for the home as well. (Not included)
- Steps to unit are not included.
