E 2 Custom LLC is a family-owned plumbing and HVAC contracting company serving Colorado. We’re a small, tight-knit crew that takes pride in quality workmanship and treating both customers and employees right. As we grow, we’re looking to add a dependable plumber to our team.
Position
We’re hiring a Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our team This is a great fit for someone who wants steady work with a company that knows your name — not just another number on a payroll.
What We’re Looking For
• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license (Colorado)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-starter who can manage their time and work independently on the job site
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Solid communication skills with customers and crew
• Own hand tools (company provides specialty/power tools)
• Punctual, reliable, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time
What You’ll Do
• Perform residential and/or commercial plumbing installation, repair, and service
• Diagnose issues and provide honest, practical solutions for customers
• Work directly with the owner and small crew — your work matters and gets noticed
• Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes and businesses
