Look at this corner tower detail on Cheney Hall. Every one of those fish-scale cedar shingles was cut and fitted by hand to match the curve of the tower. The copper cornice trim was fabricated right on site. This is the kind of work that goes unnoticed until it's gone — and our job is to make sure it never is. 🙏

We're incredibly proud of this one. Cheney Hall in Manchester CT — a National Historic Landmark built in 1866 — got a brand new Mansard cedar shingle roof from our team. Every shingle laid by hand, copper cornice trim custom fabricated on site. This building has been a centerpiece of Hartford County for 160 years. this is an 148 year old building converted to a post office. went to find some leaks and we find asbestos roof tile and the built in gutter was fixed 25 years ago with rubber. gutter outlets where never cleaned. started growing trees in the gutter.
