The Next Chapter at River Glenn Park:
Big changes have been quietly taking shape behind the scenes here in Burlington, and we couldn't be more excited to finally share what’s next for River Glenn Park.
When we started this journey, the vision was simple: create a true gathering place for our community—a spot where neighbors, families, and friends could slow down, grab incredible food, and connect. Over the past year, your support has blown us away, and it taught us a lot about what this space can be.
Anyone who has been following us knows we've struggled to keep the park consistently open with outside food trucks and vendors. The frustration of building a beautiful space and having it sit empty is one we've felt deeply, and we thank those of you who stuck with us through it. After trying hard to make the old model work, we realized a hard truth: this park won't thrive unless we control the food and service ourselves. We need this space open and serving you every single day.
That’s why today, I am thrilled to officially announce our grand re-launch alongside the debut of our brand-new onsite kitchen, The Box!
We built The Box from the ground up to elevate everything you loved about the park when it’s filled with food and fun. We’re rolling out a fresh concept featuring our signature smash Box Burgers, chicken flatbread wraps, hand-cut fries, custom house-made sauces, a dedicated kids' menu, and rotating seasonal surprises. We never cut corners and always go the extra mile—which is why we’re proud to source our meats and select products locally from The Litchfield Locker, guaranteeing top-tier quality in every bite.
Why "The Box"? This big red trailer is our temporary home while we construct our permanent kitchen for a spring 2027 reveal. We promise it’s going to be awesome, and yes, we'll be sharing sneak peeks every step of the way!
