Artificial intelligence raises an important question for every industry: How will it actually make a meaningful difference for our business?

At ProFormance, we’re constantly exploring that question. Poking, prodding, testing, and looking at problems from new angles to understand how emerging technology can help us deliver a better product and better outcomes for our customers.

One feature we recently rolled out to our team is the AI integration within our “Area Manager Control Center” tool. No single person can realistically read every note from every work order, meeting, safety visit, or discrepancy across dozens of communities.

But AI can.

This new feature is designed to give our AMs the ability to sift through all of the information relevant to their role, surface hidden insights, and ensure important details don’t slip through the cracks.

Congratulations to our ProFormer of the Month, Katelynn McClanahan!

From the moment she joined us a year and a half ago, Katelynn has been an absolute game-changer in our A/R department.

Whether she’s building smart AR processes that protect the company, teaching and supporting her counterparts, or stepping in wherever she’s needed, Katelynn always chooses what’s right for ProBLD. Her impact is felt every single day.

But what truly sets her apart? Her heart. Katelynn goes beyond the spreadsheets and shows up for our community in big ways, like organizing and handing out goodie bags to an underprivileged Pre-K class for Halloween. That’s the kind of joy and generosity that makes ProBLD a better place to work.

Last week our team supported DR Horton Sarasota on a 7 day end-to-end home build. High-velocity projects like this only work when every trade stays aligned, communicates clearly, and protects the schedule.

Our team, supported by Mike Greenwood and Elizabeth Birle, arrived at 6:30 PM and worked through the night, finishing at 5:30 AM. Even with the site running at full speed, the team delivered a clean install, zero incidents, and strong feedback from the DR Horton team.

At ProFormance, we pride ourselves on finding creative solutions to problems. Oftentimes this means building our own tools.

Our recent team offsite made one thing clear. Area Managers needed better visibility into what was happening on their communities.

We built the first version of the Area Manager Control Center to solve that. This tool not only pulls together all of the context which our area managers need, it leverages AI to proactively sift through information and surface potential issues before they become builder issues.

Outstanding work from our field operations teams last month: we closed October with a 97%+ dry-in inspection pass rate, and we’re carrying that momentum into November with a 100% pass rate so far.

Consistency at this level doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from teams who stay close to the builder, follow the system, and hold the line on quality every single day. Every GM, area manager, and field tech played a role in these results.

Last week, our team had the chance to dive into hands-on siding training with James Hardie and MI homes This training wasn’t just about learning the product, it was about sharpening our skills, understanding the details, and making sure our teams are ready to deliver the quality expected on every job.

By bringing together our partners and our field teams, we’re creating an environment where everyone learns, everyone asks questions, and everyone walks away better prepared.

Last Tuesday our corporate team packed bags full of care items alongside HomeAid Orlando.

Together, we created kits that will go directly to those in need across our community. Without these kits, many people would go without the basics we often take for granted.

And for us, it’s about more than just showing up and packing bags. It’s about supporting our neighbors, building stronger communities, and using our platform to make a difference right in Central Florida.
