Whirlwind Clean & Green is looking for a night field supervisor. This position will supervise and or support all services performed at night such as, sweeping, winter services, pressure washing and parking lot striping.
The Field Supervisor directly oversees the day to day tasks of these crews and works closely with all other departments in the company and should have a working knowledge of the services provided. In this position communication is very important as you will be the go-to person for anything related to work completed at night; you will need to ensure the crews are completing jobs on schedule, within budget, and that the work is being done safely, according to plan, code compliance along with other management duties as required by the position. We are looking for someone who has at least two (2) years’ experience as a construction supervisor or property maintenance supervisor, Class B CDL preferred, has experience working with field personnel, has knowledge of OSHA/WISHA rules and regulations, can handle pressure, meet deadlines, specific knowledge in parking lot sweeping would be preferred.
It is important that this person has proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and subordinates. In this position you can expect to work at varied hours each week in the office and in the field, to include late evenings, and possible Saturday hours.
