1 before pic is all we have.
I dont think the picture does justice to the condition the deck was actually in. It was a old cedar deck with 2x6 cedar deck baords and railings.
New is a trex golden hour decking with trex enhanced railings.
When we opened the deck up we found everything spaced 2ft on center and rotted out ledger board that fell off the house
All the posts for the beam we rotted out and barely holding on.
We installed new joists and saved what we could from the old ones and spaced our joists 12inch on center for the proper spacing for composite decking.
Customers are thrilled they returned home from vacation to a beautifully finished deck.

Tore out old wood fence and chainlink and replaced with all new.
6ft privacy fence with cedar pickets and a gate
6ft black chainlink and a gate.
Wish I would have got better before pictures before we started demo but hey here's what I got.

Just wrapped this project up
Completely restructured front porch and added the proper support it needed. Added support for the posts holding the roof up.
Resurfaced porch and wrapped the bottom and added new steps and railing.
Side deck got completely ripped out and redone. Once the tree was cut down we were able to make the deck one tier instead of 3 like what was previously there.
Added some new sections of fence and wrapped up the project.

Tore out the old gate and sections to install a new 6ft gate opening and smaller sections
Stained entire fence and fixed the other small gate.
