We’re Hiring – Accounting & Operations Manager
Logan Marine is a growing local construction company, and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our accounting and help support day-to-day operations.
This is a key role working directly with ownership—ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing day-to-day accounting (AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations)
• Producing monthly financials and tracking performance
• Supporting job costing and overall business operations
• Helping keep everything organized and running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
• Strong accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Highly organized and reliable
• Comfortable working in a small business environment
• Construction experience (job costing/WIP) is a plus
Compensation: $65,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
This role has strong long-term potential and could grow into a senior leadership position.
