So had a friend as for a special board for his Mom to hang on the wall. He wanted it to look like a beach scene and have the bark on the live edge. Well after looking at the slabs I had I knew it was going to be tough to maintain the bark but was able to find a slab with a little bark on it. Made the frame for the pour and here was the ending product. Also added a poem that he created to a smaller red cedar board that was hung below it that was laser engraved and made a net like feature to complement the scene he wanted. I sure hope it was everything he was expecting and enjoyed creating this special price for his Mom. Thank you Chris for allowing me to create this for you and your Mom.
