Another Patio Transformation in Beavercreek!

We recently completed this beautiful patio project for a customer in Beavercreek!

We started by tearing out the existing patio, extending the usable space, and installing a brand-new sidewalk. Along the way, we also addressed drainage issues by adding a pop-up emitter to help properly manage water runoff.

Another great project combining concrete, excavation, and drainage to make the space more functional and enjoyable!

A Beautiful Patio Transformation

We started with a fresh slate on this project! We tore out the existing single step and small concrete pad and transformed the space with a 1,000-square-foot stamped concrete patio. Along with that we added a new block crawl space entry to make it easier to access and be more aesthetically appealing.

The patio is now poured and curing. Once it’s ready, we’ll be back to stain it and bring out the full color and character of the stamped finish.

Another large project we recently completed in Beavercreek!

For this project, we removed the old driveway, front sidewalk, and city approach, then replaced everything with brand-new concrete built to last.

To give our customer more functional space, we widened and expanded the driveway for improved parking and accessibility. We also installed a beautiful stamped concrete front patio with a natural live edge, adding both curb appeal and a welcoming entrance to the home.

Another successful project completed in Bellbrook!

Our client was dealing with concrete that had been installed with an improper slope, causing drainage issues. We removed the existing concrete, installed 18 feet of channel drains, and repoured the concrete with the proper grade to ensure water drains away as it should.

We also expanded the concrete area to provide easier access and improve the overall functionality of the space.
