Van Martin Roofing is looking for an experienced Field Manager who knows roofing, communicates well, and takes pride in getting the job done right.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can coordinate multiple crews, maintain our quality and safety standards, solve problems in the field, and create an exceptional experience for every customer.

The right candidate will have at least five years of roofing, construction or related project-management experience. Strong knowledge of roofing installation and safety procedures is essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
📍 Based at 2960 W. Enon Road in Xenia, with travel to job sites throughout our service area.
