Carpenter ants donโt eat wood, like termites do. They carve it out to build nests.
That means damage can start long before you notice anything.
๐Now hereโs where it gets interesting.
Carpenter ants often set up satellite colonies. One outside. One inside. Both connected.
The problem is if you only kill one, and the other keeps going.
Our pest professionals have been highly trained to find and elimiate all carpenter ant colonies.
Call us right away if you see any "frass" (which looks like sawdust) and we'll get someone out to help you.
