This house had a collapsed roof. Customer requested building a roof system on top of existing roof to save money. Got it done, time for shingles.

Back wall has a slight bit of water damage,lol. Tore out what was rotten, replaced with new wood. Now ready to out siding back up. I would have rather done the whole back wall but this home flipper said no. He only wanted to replace what was absolutely needed. I don't like cutting corners but the customer gets what they want. Even when I don't always agree.
