GETTING AFTER IT | MONT RUSSELL 💪

If you’ve been around McLeRoy very long, you’ve probably seen Mont Russell working... because he’s rarely standing still.

Mont started out with us on a grading crew, but after cleaning up a couple of tractors, somebody noticed he had a knack for keeping equipment looking good. He was asked if he’d like to take that on full time, and today Mont handles Equipment Maintenance, keeping our machines cleaned up and ready to work.

But that doesn’t mean that’s the only place you’ll find him. When an extra hand is needed, Mont has been known to jump in with the pipe crews, grading crews, or wherever else he can help.

He’s simply one of the hardest-working people you’ll meet. Always busy, always willing to help, and always getting after it.

This morning we caught him skeeting off the Komatsu 490.

We’re glad to have you on the McLeRoy team, Mont!

Wilson Drive Progress 🚧

A bird’s-eye view down Wilson Drive shows just how much is happening across the project. From paving and concrete work to utilities, grading, grassing, things are steadily taking shape.

We know projects like this can create some inconvenience along the way, and we sincerely appreciate the patience and cooperation of local residents and everyone traveling through the area as our crews continue working toward completion.

A lot happening at Spring Chase! 🚧

Curb going in, utilities moving forward, and grading taking shape across the site. With several phases of work happening at once, this project is really starting to come together.

Things are moving fast in Pike County! 👀

Only a couple of days since our last update, and the site is already looking a lot different. McLeRoy crews are making quick progress on the grading and site work for the new Zaxby’s location across from Pike County Schools.

A lot can change when the dirt starts moving!
