I started painting postcards to take my mind off things. When my friends received the postcards I made for them, I could see and feel how happy the cards made them, and their joy brought me more joy. I felt so touched that my illustrations could actually bring joy to people. And so I thought, why not spread this feeling to even more people through writing and receiving postcards? With technology occupying such a huge space in our present society, the little “human” actions feel all the more precious, sincere and genuine. These thoughts all led to the creation of Very Merry.
“...simple kindness can start a chain reaction of similar actions, resulting in your effort’s initial result becoming magnified many times.” - Nick Vujicic
