SHDW Group presents a contemporary single-family residence designed around simplicity, natural materials, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. The house combines clean volumes with natural materials, featuring a white exterior finish above a timber-clad ground floor. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the living spaces onto a private garden, terrace, and swimming pool, while the recessed upper-floor balcony introduces depth, privacy, and a refined composition. The design focuses on functional family living, abundant natural daylight, and a seamless relationship between the house and its landscape.

SHDW Group presents four adjacent, individually gated houses in Gjilan. Each house features a contemporary brick façade framed by clean white volumes and a dark pitched roof. Large ground-floor sliding glazing opens directly onto a private ground-level terrace and courtyard, while the upper floor provides a covered balcony with a glazed balustrade. A narrow vertical window marks the stairwell and introduces a clear rhythm to the façade. The street edge is secured by low perimeter walls and private gates, with modest planted courtyards between units. The design focuses on straightforward residential layouts, clear separation between neighbouring homes, ample daylight, and direct indoor–outdoor connections.

SHDW Group presents a contemporary mixed-use building located in Dardania, one of Gjilan’s prime neighbourhoods. The project combines a ground-floor pasticceria with a street-facing terrace and residential units on the upper floors. The design features a flowing wrap-around balcony and curved corners, while the façade is articulated with vertical metal fins that produce a shifting play of shadow and light - a deliberate “dance” across the elevation. The base terrace engages the public realm, while the upper levels provide private, well-resolved housing - a simple, contemporary response to Dardania’s lively neighbourhood.

We are excited to share our first studio project, completed in December 2025.

This conceptual project reimagines a long-abandoned hotel, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use commercial-residential building with a contemporary façade, comprehensive spatial regeneration and a complete rejuvenation of the existing structure, together with sustainable material strategies - bringing renewed life and function to its urban context in Gjilan.
