Hospital Kitchen and Dining Room refurbishment works.

The demolition and refurbishment work included the removal of existing walls, ceiling and floor coverings, to investigate underground services and install a new drainage system. Upgrade walls and ceiling to a 60 minute fire rating and install acoustic insulations. Mechanical works to include gas pipeline works. Electrical works and fire alarm installation. Supply & fit new PVC sheeting to walls, new safety resin & marmoleum flooring, new fire doors with ironmongery, steel canopy works and acoustic ceiling panels to the dining area. External groundworks included a new delivery bay and wash bin area, raising of manholes and gullies, outdoor drainage, concrete, ramp and railing.

Refurbishment of Tipperary County Museum of Hidden History.

Works consisted of supplying and installing a mezzanine space within the existing building volume, including structural support, a new floor plate, access stairs and lift, balcony railings, mechanical and electrical works including modification of existing emergency lighting and fire detection and all associated ancillary works.
