We completely transformed this old screened-in patio into a beautiful new outdoor living space! We demo’d the existing structure, beefed everything up with solid 6x6 columns, and added a brand new hip roof with a custom screened enclosure built to last.

Metal stud walls we installed for Dowling signs in High Springs Florida. These walls will be finished with drywall to meet a two hour fire resistance rating as well with a drop ceiling. Stay tuned for the finished results.

Passed inspection on this master bedroom addition/remodel and are scheduled for concrete next week. Big progress happening on this project and we’re excited to keep it moving forward.
