First of many for the 2023 year!🏡

If you’re looking to buy, sell or lease but worried about interest rates? Don’t be! The 30 year fixed mortgage rate is trending downward 📉as of now.

People always ask me when’s the best time to buy? I always say now because if you plan on living in it for a while you’ll only see the value of your home and equity increase.

To put it in perspective, If you bought a home in the last 5 years in North Texas and depending on the area you could’ve seen anywhere from 80% to a 200% 📈increase in value of your home.🤯 great way to hedge against inflation if ya ask me.
