🔧 Problem Solved & Money Saved 🔧

This B&Q uPVC door had a failed locking mechanism, and to make things trickier, the part was discontinued.

We sourced and adapted a compatible locking system to fit the door and get it working safely again — saving the customer a lot of money 💰

A fully functioning door and a very happy customer 😄

We also installed multiple new chrome window handles after failure of there original handles.

A customer who is away needed carpets/underlay removed ready for the the carpet fitters to come and work there magic. We removed all staples and nails from the flooring making sure it was ready to go. Whilst we where there we refitted the hand rail, fixed a bedroom door handle as it wouldnt open from the inside and also refitted a hing on the bathroom door. It will require a new door in the near future wich customer is aware of.

A couple of window mechs that we replaced last week, along with a new handle. Customer asked us to take a look as 2 windows wouldnt open and another window wouldnt shut wich isnt ideal with winter approaching. Parts ordered, here within 2 days and job complete.

Receiving a video from the customer like this is why we love what we do.
We only tiled this bathroom, latex’d the floor along with plastering a wall and the electrics. Its so nice seeing the end result

Its not always larger jobs for us.
A returning customer gave us a call to fit 2 more window restrictors to keep they children safe. We previously repaired a window locking mechanism and fitted 2 window restrictors.

Another very happy customer
Lovely bathroom slowly coming together. After being messed around by multiple trades we had our plaster go in to plaster a stud wall (not built by us). Next up was get the sparky in to do his jobs for us. Then onto our job, tile the bathroom. Customer then asked if we could latex the floor for them so they had a lovely smooth surface ready for the viynl flooring to be laid. Its nice seeing a job come together.
