As one door closes, another opens!
JCD ENGINEERING opened its doors on our front lawn back in 2008, on the 30th of November, we will close the doors on our Thames branch and relocate to 205 Aickin Road, Whangamata.

We will continue to offer JCD ENGINEERING site work as normal and operate JCD ENGINEERING from its sister company JCD CUSTOMS & MARINE at 205 Aickin Road, Whangamata. So its pretty much business as usual, just from a different based location.

We have met some amazing people, who have been so supportive of our venture and we can not thank you enough for all of your support and we hope to see you over in Whangamata. Its been a wild ride for us in Thames, but we are looking forward to starting a new/old chapter in Whangamata.

We are looking for experienced welders/fabricators to join our existing professional site crew,

The ideal applicants would have the following attributes;
• Experience in the steel fabrication industry including civil site work.
• Good welding technical skills and broad engineering knowledge.
• Be willing to work away on site.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An understanding of health and safety requirements.
• A full clean Nz driving license.
A competitive hourly rate is offered, plus generous overnight allowance whilst working away.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
