H&M Painting to finish up from yesterday's mudding job, im not a fan of the Crack I fixed above the clothing as it was already pushing out "im assuming a wall joint in the back" but I wish they'd allow more time as I would of liked to spread the mud farther out to not have a bump looking finish... anyhow..

When you get a call from the bank and they ask what are the options to get a water sample from a busted well pump and to top off the entire system "pipes" are busted inside from freezing...and im talking EVERY pipe froze and broke.... told them option 1 fix everything....guess that was a no lol

Option 2 dump a 3/4 pex with filter down the well 50ft add an indoor pump and tank wrap exposed pipe outside with heat tape and insulation plus tape against moisture and voila!! Water!!

They just wanted to sell the house as they had an accepted offer so this was the cheapest and quickest option.

Pls note I did NOT replace that electrical panel I only assisted lol my buddy Matt from ZAP Electric does all my panels and major electrical work. We were both freezing running stiff wires thru walls and pipes that day lmao.

I changed alot of Dishwashers all you do is get your dishwasher delivered and ill swap them out.

I did a few pressure tanks

Did a few house inspections

Cleaned a few houses for banks

Replacement of broken light switches

Been so busy, I forget to post jobs ive worked on.

Emergency call for Doolys Oromocto with a leaking sink.

Normally not an issue but parts on New Year's isn't easy to find...I have numerous spots i carry parts which sadly isn't always organized lol

Ill get this fixed one way or another.

I've setup or worked on 18 different Princess Auto some I showed up and it was a slab of concrete and within 4 to 6 weeks we were putting stock on the shelves.

I've done signage for them, milwork and even general repairs.

I always love working for Princess Auto as the staff are always upbeat and amazing!!
