LED Electrical have recently completed works to re wire the cafe at East Anglian Railway Museum in Chappel on platform 2. Having never visited the museum before it was really interesting to see the parts we did and we wish them well for the two day Steam Gala they have coming up on March 14th and 15th. Staff from LED will be visiting the Gala with their families in order to explore the Victorian station buildings and experience life on a selection of the railway carriages from the 19th century. The highlight of the day will be the visit from a GWR 5526 Small Prarie, travelling all the way to Colchester from South Devon Railway. We will be prebooking our Sunday roast so we don’t miss out! It sounds like an event not to be missed and it’s right on our doorstep here in Colchester.
