MakStyle Plumbing and Gas is HIRING!!!!

We are looking for qualified plumbers and gas fitters to come and join our team!

- Experience in commercial works
- Gas experience
- Work from high industrial, commercial, domestic and maintenance

Yesterday we where asked to dig some post holes for a builder in deception bay. They had a machine with an auger but then was notified there’s underground 3phase power which no one knew the locations of which is where we come into it. With our Vacuum excavation we were able to dig all 4 post holes 600 round and 1.4m deep safely without the risk of damaging any services.

We got called to a blocked drain last night at 5.30 to a family with 2 young children with Mum and bubs in distress about all the sewer inside their house and all over their back yard. Once we arrived we noticed the water still flowing and realised that it’s something more then their personal drain so we uncovered the main council sewer line was all blocked up. After a phone call to Urban Utilities for a emergency they were great and got there within the hour and had the blockage all unblocked and organised a assessor to go straight out their to organise cleaning crews for today and insurance companies to come to the party ASAP. Another happy customer that we where able to identify that the issue wasn’t theirs but council and all the damage to their house will be paid for and cleaned up.
Special mention to Queensland UrbanUtilies. For their prompt attention to site and helping this distressed family out

We got a call from a lovely lady Laura who had a blocked drain a week or so ago which we dropped everything to be there that day to un block her drain. With our drain camera and locator we were able to locate exactly where the problem was and quote to dig it up and repair it for good.

A couple of photos from today’s job.
Owner Keith wants to put a pool in the back yard and needed his sewer re-located out of the way and some storm water installed to take away ground water and down pipes from a future patio roof. Job made easy by locating old sewer with our and to give us depths and location of existing sewer line.

Have you got a blocked sewer or storm water pipe? Our friends at St Lucia sure did, and did not know why when it rained the storm water pit flooded the underground car park.
After clearing and located where pipes went we found that the outlet of the pit was only 50mm and had 2x 100mm storm water pipes coming in.
Quoted to upgrade and repair and have since brought ease to our loyal customer!
