Full restoration carried out.
Privileged to have managed this one and have the opportunity to carry out the majority of the work ourselves with some help from our sub contractors with plastering, electrics and plumbing.
The client has been amazing throughout the whole process and its going to be an honour to hand this one over.

350m2 natural slate roof in Maylandsea.

Natural slate roof.
1st grade quality from the Spanish quarries.
Put our signature on it with some extra details, including diamond cuts and mitred valleys.

Bedroom is looking crisp after a lick of paint. Awesome contrast between the 400 year old structual beams, oak staircase and the freshly painted plaster walls.

New floor floating above the original timber spines and exposed floor joists.
Steels were installed 25mm above original flooring to create a void and remove any bearing weight to the existing floor structure.

Lots of progress made to our restoration project.
New floor structure in place with T&G floor boards glued and screwed to create a solid level floor. Ths floor was out of level by 300mm front to back when we started, walls unlevel side to side also.
34 lengths of angled steel fabricated and installed plumb, timber plates drilled and bolted either side of the steel to create a new sub floor and remove any weight bearing on the original timber spines and floor.
